Overview:

House Party: The Joseph McCrae Experience transformed the space into a runway fashion showcase followed by a dance party, coordinating spatial design, custom lighting, and multiple activity areas - including a pop-up shop - to guide the flow and energy of the evening.

Environment & Runway Design
Reimagined the venue layout to center the runway as the focal point and later transition it into a dance floor, incorporating AV, lighting, and DJ booth placement.

Lighting & Audio
Designed custom lighting sequences that highlighted the runway during the fashion presentation and evolved into color-shifting lighting for the dance party.

Operations & Guest Flow
Managed the complete run of show, including guest check-in, talent and greenroom coordination, and hospitality operations.

Collaboration & Programming
Coordinated across creative and operational teams, including talent, AV, and venue staff, and programmed interactive pop-up activations and music to maintain energy and guide the guest experience.

Impact:

Guests experienced a dynamic runway showcase that seamlessly transitioned into a dance party, engaging with multiple activity areas and interactive elements throughout the evening.
