Directed central production logistics and operational infrastructure for the multi-phase programming footprint surrounding the Soho House West Hollywood refresh. I managed multi-stage contract execution, vendor and artist financial workflows, and digital asset pipelines to ensure full operational compliance across the event schedule. Supporting both remotely and on-site during key execution phases, I managed VIP access protocols and master run-of-show operations to maintain seamless execution across all activation spaces.
