Developed the full brand identity, visual assets, and run-of-show architecture, engineering a turnkey framework tailored for Soho House hospitality spaces. Directed site production, talent curation, and live execution across the series, achieving 100% sell-out capacity and establishing a scalable model for brand partnerships.
