Overview:

Winterland was a multi-week seasonal program featuring 30+ events and activations. Guests experienced AI-assisted Santa portraits, live carolers, curated workshops, cultural installations, and sponsorship activations with Johnnie Walker, Mr. Black, and Seedlip.

Interactive Programming
Contributed to the seasonal schedule, supporting the design and delivery of workshops (wreath making, ornament lighting, cookie decorating), live performances (jazz nights, drag bingo, music activations), and nightly ceremonial events such as the lighting of the menorah.

Technology Integration
Oversaw AI-assisted Santa portraits, supporting guest flow, staffing, and operational processes to ensure a seamless interactive experience.

Holiday Market & Vendor Layout
Led vendor curation, spatial placement, and signage to create a cohesive, engaging market environment.

Artistic Installations
Supported programming around featured works, including a Derrick Adams installation, helping maximize guest engagement and operational success.

Impact:
